After 10 weeks*, I am finally figuring a few things out. Even though math was not my best subject, even I have realized this:
Less junk in my trunk=a better running experience.
When baby has a bit less back, baby is a better runner**.
Sometimes math IS simple. Who knew?
*I lost 1.4 this week (total 14 , woo and a hoo!) and I am close to my 10% loss. I have decided to continue for a couple of more months and then reevaluate my goals.
**a few disclaimers: my pace has picked up some, I am a faster turtle; I am running more efficiently and I feel better.
