The WW Report: A Runner's Perspective

After 10 weeks*, I am finally figuring a few things out. Even though math was not my best subject, even I have realized this:

Less junk in my trunk=a better running experience.

When baby has a bit less back, baby is a better runner**.

Sometimes math IS simple. Who knew?

*I lost 1.4 this week (total 14 , woo and a hoo!) and I am close to my 10% loss. I have decided to continue for a couple of more months and then reevaluate my goals.

**a few disclaimers: my pace has picked up some, I am a faster turtle; I am running more efficiently and I feel better.


  1. A big CONGRATS to you... By the way I went to my library and could not find the book for the BBBC. They said someone checked it out a while ago and never brought it back... I will have to check a different library :(

  7. Work that run! Inspiring, I must say. I've been out of the running groove for a few weeks, gotta get back in it!

  8. Congrats on all of your hard work with WW. I've lost a few pounds and definitely feel like it has improved my running...if only just a little bit.
