I've known for a while that I've been, oh...shall we say lax with the strength training/target area type workouts. And several of my areas need targeting.
So carpe diem and all that. I tried 30 Day Shred with Jillian Michaels (AKA The Biggest Loser trainer) first.
And here I am a few minutes later sucking wind.
Yeah, it's a good workout. Level 1, that is.
